Who we are

Veinlytics is an independent publisher of calculators for physical commodity trading. For any privacy question or data request, write to veinlytics@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account & billing. Your email address and subscription status. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
• Newsletter. If you opt in, your email address is added to our mailing list, which is held by our email provider (Resend). Nothing else is collected with it.
• Feedback. If you send feedback, the message is emailed to us together with the page you sent it from, your account email and plan if you're signed in, your browser's user agent, and a timestamp. Feedback is not stored in a database.
• Calculator inputs and scenarios. Calculations run in your browser. Saved scenarios stay on your device (browser localStorage) — they are never uploaded to us, and clearing your browser data deletes them.
• Basic technical data. IP address, user agent and request timestamps, used only for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To operate the calculators, process subscriptions, answer your messages, and send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers.

Processors we rely on

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Supabase — accounts, sign-in, and subscription records.
• Resend — newsletter list and delivery of feedback and account emails.
• Lovable Cloud — hosting and delivery.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email veinlytics@gmail.com from the address on file and we'll respond within 30 days. You can leave the newsletter using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or by emailing us. Saved scenarios are on your own device, so you can remove them yourself by clearing your browser data.

Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to meet tax and accounting obligations. Deletion requests are honoured against operational records outside those legal holds.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we'll update the date above and, for account holders, notify you by email.
