What Veinlytics provides

Analytical calculators for physical copper and cobalt trading with cited references. The Starter tier is free; Professional and Complete are paid monthly or annual subscriptions.

Not investment or legal advice

The calculators are decision-support tools. Outputs depend on the inputs you provide and reference data that may change. Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any commodity or security. You are responsible for verifying any figure before acting on it.

Subscriptions, trial & cancellation

Professional includes a 14-day free trial; no card is charged during the trial. After the trial, subscriptions renew monthly or annually at the price shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your account and retain access to the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-months. Full detail: trial terms.

Acceptable use

• Don't resell, redistribute, or share subscription access outside the seats included in your plan.
• Don't scrape the site or attempt to reverse-engineer paid calculators.
• Don't misuse the newsletter address or contact channels.

Intellectual property

The calculators, copy, and design are ours. Cited third-party benchmarks (Fastmarkets, SMM, LME, CME, ICC, publicly filed offtake contracts) remain the property of their respective owners; we reference them for verification and educational purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veinlytics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the calculators. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to account holders. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
